One of my favorite things to do with my family is play games. We always have a deck of cards in the car to play while we are traveling and when my friends come over we always start with games. That's why I was excited when my Mom said I was going to be trying out Happy Salmon, a card game that is easy to learn and quick to play.
Happy Salmon comes in a fun fish pouch, there are 72 cards, and a rule sheet. If you buy an extra set you can play with up to 12 people at one time.
It only takes a minute to learn the three steps to playing.
- At the same time, everyone calls out the actions shown on their top card
- When two players have a match, they celebrate by performing that action together, then discard their top card.
- Keep doing this. The first player to discard all their cards wins!
